  1. Types of MaxInfinity Services

    The MaxInfinity services are available under the following access plans (collectively "MaxInfinity Access Plans")

    1.1.1 MaxInfinity Premium Access Plan that provides up to 50 Mbps (50,000 Kbps) of download speed and upload speed of up to 25Mbps (25,000Kbps). MaxInfinity Premium is provided by StarHub Online Pte Ltd (reg. No. 200501897Z);

    1.1.2 MaxInfinity Ultimate Access Plan that provides up to 100 Mbps (100,000 Kbps) of download speed and upload speed of up to 50Mbps (50,000Kbps). MaxInfinity Ultimate is provided by StarHub Online Pte Ltd (Reg. No. 200501897Z);

    1.1.3 LVL99 Access Plan that provides up to 100 Mbps (100,000 Kbps) of download speed and upload speed of up to 50Mbps (50,000Kbps). LVL99 is provided by StarHub Online Pte Ltd (Reg. No. 200501897Z);

    1.1.4 MaxInfinity Elite Access Plan that provides up to 150 Mbps (150,000 Kbps) of download speed and upload speed of up to 75Mbps (75,000Kbps). MaxInfinity Elite is provided by StarHub Online Pte Ltd (Reg. No. 200501897Z);

    1.1.5 MaxInfinity LVL99 Elite Access Plan that provides up to 150 Mbps (150,000 Kbps) of download speed and upload speed of up to 50Mbps (50,000Kbps). MaxInfinity LVL99 Elite is provided by StarHub Online Pte Ltd (Reg. No. 200501897Z);

    1.1.6 MaxInfinity Platinum Access Plan that provides up to 200 Mbps (200,00 0Kbps) of download speed and upload speed of up to 100Mbps (100,000Kbps). MaxInfinity Platinum is provided by StarHub Online Pte Ltd (Reg. No. 200501897Z);

    1.1.7 300Mbps Fibre Access Plan that provides up to 300 Mbps (300,00 0Kbps) of download speed and upload speed of up to 100Mbps (150,000Kbps). 300Mbps Fibre Access Plan is provided by StarHub Online Pte Ltd (Reg. No. 200501897Z);

    1.1.8 Maxinfinity Supreme Access Plan that provides up to 1 Gbps (1000,000 Kbps) of download speed and upload speed of up to 500Mbps (500,000Kbps). MaxInfinity Platinum is provided by StarHub Online Pte Ltd (Reg. No. 200501897Z);

    1.1.9 MaxInfinity Premium Plus Access Plan that provides up to 50 Mbps (50,000 Kbps) of download speed and upload speed of up to 25Mbps (25,000Kbps) and a complimentary mobile broadband service that provides up to 2.0Mbps of download speed and upload speed of up to 512 Kbps. MaxInfinity Premium Plus is provided by StarHub Online Pte Ltd (reg. No. 200501897Z);

    1.1.10 MaxInfinity Ultimate Plus Access Plan that provides up to 100 Mbps (100,000Kbps) of download speed and upload speed of up to 50 Mbps (50,000Kbps) and a complimentary mobile broadband service that provides up to 2.0 Mbps of download speed and upload speed of up to 512 Kbps. MaxInfinity Ultimate Plus is provided by StarHub Online Pte Ltd (Reg. No. 200501897Z), while the complimentary mobile broadband access is provided by StarHub Mobile Pte Ltd (Reg No. 200000646C);

    1.1.11 MaxInfinity Elite Plus Access Plan that provides up to 150 Mbps (150,000Kbps) of download speed and upload speed of up to 75 Mbps (75,000Kbps) and a complimentary mobile broadband service that provides up to 2.0 Mbps of download speed and upload speed of up to 512 Kbps. MaxInfinity Elite is provided by StarHub Online Pte Ltd (Reg. No. 200501897Z), while the complimentary mobile broadband access is provided by StarHub Mobile Pte Ltd (Reg No. 200000646C);

    1.1.12 MaxInfinity Platinum Plus Access Plan that provides up to 200 Mbps (200,000Kbps) of download speed and upload speed of up to 100 Mbps (100,000 Kbps) and complimentary mobile broadband service that provides up to 2.0 Mbps of download speed and upload speed of up to 512 Kbps. MaxInfinity Platinum is provided by StarHub Online Pte Ltd (Reg. No. 200501897Z), while the complimentary mobile broadband access is provided by StarHub Mobile Pte Ltd (Reg No. 200000646C); and

    1.1.13 Such other MaxInfinity access plans that may be offered by StarHub from time to time subject to the terms stipulated by StarHub.

    * MaxInfinity Premium Plan will no longer be available for new sign-up effective on 1 June 2012. The terms and conditions are still applicable for all existing customers currently on this plan.
    **With effect from 22 February 2013 the existing MaxInfinity Access Plans will be changed to the following:

  • Eligibility for Services

    2.1 Your residential property must be fibre-ready and have a termination point within the property before any of the MaxInfinity services can be provided by us. You may contact the relevant network infrastructure operator for the installation of a termination point in your property.

  • Additional Terms for MaxInfinity Plus Access Plans

    3.1 MaxInfinity Plus Access Plan(s) shall refer collectively to the following plans :-

    3.1.1 MaxInfinity Ultimate Plus 100Mbps;

    3.1.2 MaxInfinity Premium Plus 50Mbps;

    3.1.3 Maxinfinity Express Plus 25Mbps; and

    3.1.4 MaxInfinity Elite Plus 150Mbps.

    3.2 The complimentary mobile broadband service has to be registered to the same customer subscribing to the MaxInfinity Plus Access Plan.

    3.3 MaxInfinity Plus Access Plans will be available to you if you are "re-contracting" or entering into a new contract upon the expiry of an existing MaxOnline Access Plan or MaxInfinity Access Plan. However, the MaxInfinity Plus Access Plans will not be available to you if you are still under an existing promotional contracts for MaxOnline or MaxInfinity services.

    3.4 You will require a StarHub 3G SIM Card (USIM) in order to enjoy the complimentary mobile broadband service. If you do not have a StarHub USIM, you can procure one at an additional charge of $37.45 in order to enjoy the complimentary mobile broadband service.

    3.5 In the event that your MaxInfinity Access Plan is suspended or terminated, your complimentary mobile boardband service will be similarly suspended or terminated.

    3.6 As the complimentary mobile broadband service will be registered under your mobile account, your failure to pay for any other mobile services may cause the complimentary mobile broadband service to be suspended or terminated.

    3.7 The complimentary mobile broadband service is offered as a data plan and not as a Value Added Service (VAS).

    3.8 Subject to such terms and conditions that may apply, the complimentary mobile broadband service may be subsequently converted by you to a MaxMobile plan.

    3.9 Unlimited data usage under the complimentary mobile broadband service is applicable only for local data usage. You may wish to note that you would have to pay the applicable charges for data usage overseas.

    3.10 The complimentary mobile broadband service will not entitle you to any handset upgrade or promotional handset offers, unless otherwise stated.

    3.11 We reserve the right to suspend, terminate or withdraw the complimentary mobile broadband service at any time, with or without notice to you, and we shall not be liable to you for any damages, losses, costs or expenses arising from such suspension, termination or withdrawal.

    * MaxInfinity Plus Access Plans will no longer be available for new sign-up effective on 13 October 2012. The terms and conditions are still applicable for all existing customers currently on these plans.

  • Additional Terms for LVL99 Access Plans

    4.1 LVL99 packages include monthly gaming privileges from  our gaming partners AsiaSoft Online Pte Ltd (“Asiasoft”) and Garena Online Private Limited (“Garena”), namely the IP Bonus Programme for Asiasoft games titles and free in-game items for Garena games titles (collectively “Gaming Privileges”) Details of the Gaming Privileges are available at www.starhub.com/games. The Gaming Privileges will only be available when you are using your LVL99 Access Plans.

    4.2 The IP Bonus Programme is a feature which allows customers to access exclusive in-game bonuses and benefits when playing Asiasoft games. These Gaming Privileges may vary from game to game. The following games are part of the initial IP Bonus programme and may be subject to change from time to time without notice to you, at Asiasoft’s discretion:
    - AikaSEA
    - AuditionSEA
    - Alliance of Valiant Arms (A.V.A)
    - CABAL Online
    - GetAmped X
    - MapleSEA
    - Sudden Attack SEA
    - XW Online (Game has ceased with effect from 1 March 2013)

    4.3 The “Free In-Game Items” benefits from Garena will allow the redemption of special items and credits every calendar month for selected games in Garena’s catalogue. The following games are part of the initial Garena Redemption programme and may be subject to change from time to time without notice to you, at Garena’s discretion:
    - Blackshot
    - League of Legends
    - Heroes of Newerth

    4.4 A central gaming account each with Asiasoft and Garena is required to enjoy the Gaming Privileges under the LVL99 Access Plans. You will be required to have Hub iD to access Garena’s Free In-Game Items. You may sign up for a Hub iD at www.starhub.com/hubid.

    4.5 Customers of the LVL99 Access Plan may utillise both Asiasoft’s IP Bonus Programme and Garena’s Free In-Game Items concurrently. Sharing of Gaming Privileges is not permitted and we reserve the right to prevent any such abuse, including the termination of Gaming Privileges to the relevant customer.

    4.6 All dispute or disruption with regards to the Gaming Privleges offered by both Asiasoft and Garena should be referred to the respective game partners for resolution directly. StarHub will not entertain nor be liable for any disputes or disruptions pertaining to the Gaming Privileges provided by the respective gaming partner. Asiasoft and Garena are contactable as follows:

    4.7 StarHub and its gaming partners (Asiasoft and Garena) reserve the right to update, amend or withdraw the Gaming Privileges at their sole discretion at any time.

  • Upgrade and Exchange Policies

    5.1 If your property is a landed residential home and you are enjoying complimentary broadband services under the "Landed Connection Plan", you would have to sign up a new MaxInfinity Access Plan separately. You will not be entitled to exchange your complimentary broadband services (including without limitation, the MaxOnline Express Access Plan) under the Landed Connection Plan for any of the MaxInfinity Access Plans.

    5.2 If your property is a landed residential home and you have subscribed to a Subscription Commitment Plan, you can convert your existing subscription to a MaxInfinity Access Plan if you meet an equivalent minimum subscription commitment.

    5.3 If you are currently on a MaxOnline Access Plan and have been permitted to upgrade to a MaxInfinity Access Plan in accordance with our prevailing upgrade policy, you will be subject to a new Minimum Period of Service with effect from the date of the upgrade and the applicable Early Termination Charges for early termination of the Service by you.

  • Cancellation and Termination Charges

    6.1 In the event that you cancel the subscription to any MaxInfinity Access Plan before the ready-for-service date as notified by us, you shall be liable to pay us :-

    6.1.1 a cancellation charge of $235.40 for a high-rise residential property (condo or HDB); or

    6.1.2 a cancellation charge of $481.50 for a landed residential property.

    6.2 All MaxInfinity Access Plans are subject to a minimum period of service of twelve (12) months from the date of activation ("Minimum Period of Service"). If you terminate your MaxInfinity Access Plan during the Minimum Period of Service, you will have to pay an early termination charge being a pro-rated disconnection fee of :-

    6.2.1 $385.20 for all MaxInfinity Access Plan except the MaxInfinity Supreme Access Plan;

    or

    6.2.2 $1669.20 for the MaxInfinity Supreme Access Plan,

    (each an "Early Termination Charge")

  • Other Applicable Charges

    7.1 You may have to pay the following additional charges for your MaxInfinity Access Plan, where applicable :-

    7.1.2 a service activation fee of $32.10 for the activation of each MaxInfinity Access Plan subscribed;

    7.1.2 a service call charge of $53.50 per computer connection;

    7.1.3 an installation service charge for the Optical Network Terminal ("ONT") and/or WHG at $53.50 per computer connection.

    7.1.4 a collection or delivery charge for the ONT and/or WHG (without installation) at $12.94 per trip to the same service address.

    7.1.5 Landed properties which require extra cabling beyond the 1st 15m from fibre entry point (from gatepost),  a charge of $35.31 per 5m applies.

    7.2 Other standard Charges that may be applicable for the installation and details can be found at or shall be as we may notify you from time to time.

  • Equipment

    8.1 Our special promotional rate(s), if any, for the WHGs (where applicable) shall be limited to a single WHG unit per MaxInfinity Access Plan only.

    8.2 You may purchase type-approved WHGs for each of your MaxInfinity Access Plan. Each WHG will be assigned two unique MAC IDs. You must inform us immediately of any swap or replacement of the WHG so that we may update your MAC IDs in our system accordingly and permit the provision of the Service to continue at your Service Address with minimal disruption.

    8.3 We will not be held responsible for any interruption, disruption to or deterioration in the quality, reliability or accuracy of the MaxInfinity Service or any technical issue which may arise from or in relation to any WHG or hardware that you may have connected to the WHG.

    8.4 You may wish to consult the relevant equipment manufacturers on the maximisation of the use of the MaxInfinity services with their equipment.

    9.1 You are advised to back-up all important files on their computers. We will not be responsible for any corruption, loss or deletion of files through the provision of the Service or during installation.

    9.2 The MaxInfinity services are also subject to StarHub's General Terms & Conditions and the Service Specific Terms & Conditions for MaxInfinity at www.starhub.com.

    9.3 All prices quoted are inclusive of 7% GST.

    9.4 StarHub reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions (including pricing and rates) at any time and without notice. Use or continued use of the MaxInfinity services will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions and the amendments thereof.
