- What is MaxMobile Elite?
MaxMobile Elite is a unlimited DataPack plan with download speeds of up to 21Mbps (Typical download speed range – 0.6~6.6Mbps) and upload speeds of up to 5.76Mbps.

- Mobile broadband capability
- Access to the iternet while on the move.

- Customers can enjoy unlimited data access (only eligible for local data usage)
- Roaming
- With MaxMobile Elite, you can access information while roaming. (To do so, you will need to activate International Roaming via 1633 or at our StarHub Customer Service Centres. Please note that prevailing roaming charges apply.)
- SMS/MMS
- You can utilise SMS/MMS features for this plan and usage will be based on prevailing charges.
- Can I sign up for MaxMobile Elite as a Value-added Service (VAS) on top of my existing VAS?
No. Currently, the MaxMobile Elite service is only available as a 3G DataPack subscription.
- How will I be charged if I use data access overseas?

- Can I sign up any Value-added Service for the MaxMobile DataPack?
Yes, you may sign up any Value-added Service that is available for our DataPack subscriptions. For example, you can apply for International Roaming as a Value-added Service. A registration charge of $10.70 is applicable.
Pricing
- What are the subscription-related charges for MaxMobile Elite?
For new MaxMobile Elite sign-ups, there will be a one-time registration fee of $10.70 and a SIM card charge of $37.45.

- Who is eligible to sign up for MaxMobile Elite?
This plan is available for new and existing customers with NRIC or BRN.
- I am currently a CIS Customer enjoying CIS discount. Am I eligible to sign up for MaxMobile Elite DataPack and enjoy Hub Club discount?
You may sign up for MaxMobile Elite. However, you will not be eligible for Hub Club discounts.
Equipment & Technical Pre-requisites
- What are the minimum requirements if I sign up for 3G MaxMobile Elite data plan?
You will need to have a 3G data SIM card and a HSPA+ mobile broadband modem.
- Can I use this 3G Data SIM and subscription plan on another equipment other than the mobile broadband modem StarHub offers?
We do not restrict our Data SIM using on other CPE but we recommend you use the mobile broadband modem provided by StarHub.
Promotions
- Can I purchase the mobile broadband modem at subsidized price (i.e. discounted price from the retail price) if I intend to subscribe to a MaxMobile Elite DataPack plan?
We do not sell the mobile broadband modems at a discounted price at the moment. However, if you sign up under the MaxMobile Elite DataPack promotion, you will get the mobile broadband modem free.

- Can I subscribe to MaxMobile Elite via your website?

Rewards & Loyalty
- My account is under GIRO recurring payment mode. Will I be entitled to the Free 100 GIRO SMS Promotion?
No. The Free 100 GIRO SMS Promotion is not applicable to MaxMobile data plans.
- Will I be awarded StarHub Rewards Monthly Points for my payments for MaxMobile Elite plans?
Yes, StarHub Rewards Monthly Points will be given.
- Am I eligible for Hub Club membership?
Yes. You are eligible for Hub Club membership if you have 3 active services with StarHub i.e. MaxOnline, StarHub TV and MaxMobile Elite data plan and all 3 services are registered under your name, NRIC/FIN and residential address.
- Will I enjoy Hub Club discounts on MaxMobile Elite monthly subscription?
No, you will not be able to enjoy the Hub Club discount on your MaxMobile SurfLite monthly subscription.
- Am I eligible for Hub Club Discount together with CIS discount on MaxMobile Elite?
No, Hub Club Discounts and CIS discounts are mutually exclusive.
- Can I use my StarHub Rewards Monthly Points to redeem MaxMobile Elite subscription?
No, the MaxMobile SurfLite subscriptionis not available for redemption.
Modification of Service
- Can I re-contract under MaxMobile Elite Plan?
Yes, you can re-contract under the MaxMobile Elite DataPack Plan.
- Do I enjoy handset subsidy if I re-contract under your MaxMobile Elite plan?
This will depend on the promotions available during the time of your re-contract. You can call our Customer Service hotline at 1633 or visit our Online Shop.
- Currently I do not have any contract on my MaxMobile Surflite/MaxMobile Ultimate data plan, can I upgrade to your MaxMobile Elite Plan?
Yes. You may upgrade to our MaxMobile Elite data plan.
- Can I upgrade to MaxMobile Elite if my MaxMobile SurfLite/MaxMobile Ultimate plan is currently under an existing contact?
Yes. You may upgrade to MaxMobile Elite. However, you will have to fulfill the remaining contractual period from the MaxMobile SurfLite/MaxMobile Ultimate plan on the upgraded MaxMobile Elite plan.
- I am currently a MaxMobile Elite customer. Can I downgrade to MaxMobile SurfLite/MaxMobile Ultimate?
Yes. You may downgrade to MaxMobile SurfLite/ MaxMobile Ultimate subject to a downgrade penalty of $200 if you are still within contract for your MaxMobile Elite subscription.
- What will happen to my MaxMobile service during the Upgrade/Downgrade or change of dataplan process?
Your change of data plan will take 3 working days to process. Please note that during this period, you may experience service disruption (i.e. you will not be able to access the internet). Please also note that Gee! phonebook records will not be accessible during this period.
