Terms and Conditions:

  1. Call rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
  2. IDD 018 Hubber rates are applicable for IDD 018 calls made from
    a. IDD 018 calls made from StarHub Mobile (including PowerValue price plans).
    b. Customers of StarHub TV or MaxOnline who make IDD 018 calls from their StarHub-IDD registered SingTel Mobile and/or M1 Mobile numbers.
  3. Special IDD 018 call rates are applicable for IDD 018 calls made from
    a. Digital Voice Home/ Travel
    b. Customers of StarHub Mobile Postpaid and/or StarHub TV and/or MaxOnline who make IDD 018 calls from their StarHub-IDD registered SingTel residential fixed line.
  4. IDD 018 Hubber rates and Special Rates are valid till further notice unless otherwise stated. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  5. IDD 018 is already available on Digital Voice lines and no registration is required.
  6. To be eligible for Hubber Rates/Special Rates, StarHub Mobile Postpaid and/or StarHub TV and/or MaxOnline customers must have an active account with StarHub and continue to have an active account with StarHub for the duration of the Hubber Rates/Special Rates. StarHub Mobile Postpaid and/or StarHub TV and/or MaxOnline customers StarHub IDD-registered Residential SingTel fixed, SingTel mobile and/or M1 mobile lines must also be registered under the same NRIC/FIN as per their StarHub Mobile Postpaid and/or StarHub TV and/or MaxOnline account. StarHub Mobile Postpaid and/or StarHub TV and/or MaxOnline customers who terminate all mobile or cable services under their account will immediately cease to enjoy Hubber Rates/Special Rates.
  7. For new activations, Hubber Rates/Special Rates will take effect approximately 2 days after StarHub IDD services have been activated on the new lines.
  8. Hubber Rates/Special Rates are only applicable for calls made from Singapore to overseas using IDD 018 access code service and are NOT applicable to:
    1. StarHub Mobile customers roaming overseas;
    2. Overseas visitors roaming on StarHub Mobile's network;
    3. StarHub-registered Business SingTel fixed line, Business SingTel mobile and Business M1 mobile;
    4. StarHub-registered Residential SingTel fixed line, SingTel mobile and M1 mobile without StarHub Mobile Postpaid and/or StarHub TV and/or MaxOnline svc;
    5. StarHub HomeConnect card (prepaid international calling card);
    6. StarHub PSTN/ISDN;
    7. All payphones regardless of service provider;
    8. All other service providers' prepaid SIMs and/or prepaid calling cards;
    9. Any other call origination types
  9. All prevailing terms and conditions in www.starhub.com applies.
