Video-On-Demand ("service") is available to active StarHub CableTV residential customers who:
are subscribing to minimum 3 Basic Groups;
are using the HubStation/HubStation HD/HD Interactive set-top box;
do not have outstanding balance due to StarHub.
This service is not available to Commercial customers, Bulk Tier customers and StarHub Digital Terrestrial TV customers.
You will be charged for each Video-On-Demand title purchase made on the HubStation/HubStation HD/HD Interactive set-top box.
You acknowledge and accept that the aforesaid purchase of a Video-On-Demand title is only a limited license and not a sale with respect to such title. Save and except for a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to view each purchased Video-On-Demand title for the duration of the stipulated viewing period solely for your personal, non-commercial viewing, no right, title or interest in such Video-On-Demand title shall be deemed transferred to you as a result of a Video-On-Demand title purchase.
You shall not map any Video-On-Demand titles to other boxes at the same service address.
You are not entitled to receive any refund of payment made for any Video-On-Demand purchases.
You will not be able to access Video-On-Demand when the account is dunned.
Rental waiver for first digital set-top box does not apply to On-Demand Channels.
Hub Club discount does not apply to Video-On-Demand purchases.
Employee Discount does not apply to Video-On-Demand purchases.
StarHub reserves the right to revise any of these terms and conditions (including pricing plans) at its discretion without prior notice. Subscription to this promotion and continued use of StarHub TV services will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions (including revisions thereof).
