Proof of billing
If the billing address is different from the entity’s address or the business license does not indicate business address, proof of billing is required in the form of letters or bills from government agencies, statutory boards, telcos or banks addressed to the applicant and dated within 3 months from date of application, signed tenancy agreement or a letter from company (signed by a manager and above) indicating the company owned/leased/rented properties/applicant’s residential address.
Deposit in the range of S$200 - S$800 per line is applicable.
