        Free SafeSurf1 service at $2.63 (w/GST) per month from 1 February 2006 till 31 December 2007
MaxOnline Express access plan to MaxOnline Ultimate access plan at a monthly rate of $121.80 (w/GST).
        Free i.View1 service at $8.40 (w/GST) per month till 31 December 2007.
        Free SafeSurf1 service at $2.63 (w/GST) per month till 31 December 2007.
MaxOnline Premium access plan to MaxOnline Ultimate access plan at a monthly rate of $121.80 (w/GST).

1 Thereafter, the prevailing subscription rate for SafeSurf for MaxOnline Premium will apply from 1 January 2008 if you wish to continue with the service. For MaxOnline Ultimate customers, if you wish to continue with i.View and/or SafeSurf service(s), the prevailing rates will apply from 1 January 2008.

  • Please note that only selected models of cable modem are compatible with MaxOnline Ultimate. To check your cable modem compatibility, please click here.
  • To fully utilize MaxOnline Ultimate bandwidth, we recommend you to connect your computer via the cable modem's Ethernet port with 10/100 Base-T Network Interface Card or Wireless-G connection. Please refer to MaxOnline Ultimate Support for more information.
  • This MaxOnline Access Plan Upgrade Form is also applicable to customers who are currently on contract.
  • If you are currently on MaxOnline Premium promotional contract with subscription discount, you can upgrade to MaxOnline Ultimate access plan and continue to enjoy this subscription discount.
  • The email address you have provided in this e-form will be used for official communications from StarHub to you in future. It will supercede any email address you have previously furnished.
