How to manage my Connecting Tones personal library?

1. Dial our Connecting Tones Hotline number at 9380 0000. (Please note that local prevailing call charges apply).
   
   • To set to play all your Connecting Tones randomly:
     
     • Press 2 to access personal library.
     • Press 1 to set to play random.
   • To set default Connecting Tone:
     
     • Press 2 to access personal library.
     • Press 2 to listen to all purchased Connecting Tones.
     • Then follow the voice instruction and make your selection accordingly.
   • To delete Connecting Tone:
     
     • Press 2 to access personal library.
     • Press 2 to listen to all purchased Connecting Tones.
     • Then follow the voice instruction and make your selection accordingly.
2. Log in via our Connecting Tones website
   
   • Select My Connecting Tones to access and manage your Connecting Tones in your personal library.
3. Share Playlist

   Share Playlist is a new feature that allows you to purchase a Connecting Tone that your friend has by going through their Connecting Tones library and selecting the Connecting Tone to purchase from there.

     To Listen to your friend Connecting Tones Playlist:

     • Press 3 to access your friend playlist
     • Key in your friend’s mobile number.
     • Press 1 to start listening to your friend’s Connecting Tones
     • Then follow the voice instruction and make your selection accordingly.
     
     
   • Via the website, visit http://connectingtones.starhub.com
     
     

     To Listen to your Friend’s Connecting Tone Playlist:

     • Log in and go to My Account.
     • Go to My Connecting Tones and go to the Share Playlist tab.
     • Place in your friend’s mobile number to see your friend’s Connecting Tones in the his library.
     • Then make a selection accordingly.
     
     

** Service subscription fee for the first month is FREE for postpaid customers until 31st December 2012.

NOTE: New subscribers to Connecting Tones will be charged service subscription fee only for the first month when they activate the service. For subsequent months, subscribers will only pay for whatever purchased Connecting Tones they have in their libraries or minimum service subscription fee if there are no purchased Connecting Tones in their libraries for any particular calendar month. Connecting Tones are renewable and valid for one calendar month. 5 days before the first of each month, you will receive a renewal SMS and have the choice to (a) retain the same Connecting Tones, or (b) delete and/or (c) purchase brand new Connecting Tones.
