1. This Lucky Draw is applicable to all StarHub customers residing in Singapore with active services between 3 January 2012 and 29 January 2012 ("Customer").
   
2. Each Customer may submit multiple entries in the Lucky Draw. The more they redeem, the higher their chances.
   
3. Customers can participate in the Lucky Draw by using 100 rewards points from their StarHub Rewards Account to redeem one (1) chance in the Lucky Draw. The Customer's usage of reward points will be deemed as full compliance and agreement to the Terms and Conditions of StarHub Rewards.
   
4. Under this Lucky Draw: One (1) winner will be entitled to win the top prize of $3,888 Ang Bao (Grand Prize"); Eight (8) winners will be entitled to win $388 Ang Bao (collectively, the Prizes").
   
5. The draw will be conducted on 6 February 2012 ("Draw Date")" at 67 Ubi Avenue 1, #05-01 StarHub Green, Singapore 408942. Winners will be notified by post via billing address of their designated billing account with StarHub within 14 working days after the Draw Date.
   
6. The Grand Prize and Prizes must be collected by 31 March 2012 or such date mentioned in the notification letter. All unclaimed Prizes will be forfeited and no correspondences will be entertained. All Prizes shall not be transferable, exchangeable, redeemable or otherwise, in all cases, whether in whole or in part.
   
7. Only existing customers with active services as of 6 February 2012 shall be entitled to participate in the Lucky Draw.
   
8. Each winner must produce (i) his/her original NRIC/FIN; (ii) the original Prize notification letter from StarHub; and (iii) the StarHub Plan service agreement together with all accompanying receipts for verification when claiming his/her Prize. Any person (the "authorisee") collecting on behalf of a winner must produce (i) the original Prize notification letter from StarHub; (ii) a letter by the winner authorising the authorisee to do so, (iii) a copy of the winner's NRIC/FIN; (iv) the authorisee's original NRIC/FIN/Passport; and (v) the StarHub Plan service agreement together with all accompanying receipts, for verification when claiming the prize.
   
9. StarHub reserves the right to draw reserve winner(s) to substitute any winner subsequently found to be disqualified.
   
10. StarHub staff and their family members, as well as affiliated agencies and ad vendors of StarHub, will not be eligible to participate in this Lucky Draw.
    
11. StarHub reserves the right to redistribute any unclaimed Prizes to other participants or donate any unclaimed Prizes to the Community Chest or any other approved charitable organization.
    
12. StarHub's decision on the Lucky Draw and the winner shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances. In the event of a dispute, a Customer's entitlement to participate in the Lucky Draw and any winner's entitlement to the prizes shall be subject to the sole discretion and final determination of StarHub.
    
13. StarHub reserves the right to use the names, pictures, photographs and/or likeness of the participants, finalists and/or winners and their entries in such marketing or publicity materials at StarHub's sole discretion without notice to the participants, finalists and/or winners, or require the participants, finalists and/or winners to appear in any form of marketing or publicity activities.
    
14. By participating in the Lucky Draw and providing any information, personal or otherwise, to StarHub, the Customer is deemed to have given written permission and consent for StarHub to collect, analyse, share, disclose the information to third parties and partners and/or otherwise use without any liability to the individual any personal information relating to the Customer. StarHub has the sole discretion to use the information for the purposes of marketing, planning, promotions, research, events and/or any other purposes and programs henceforth.
    
15. StarHub reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. Participation in this Lucky Draw will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions and any amendments thereof.
