Express yourself with music to surprise and entertain your family and friends whenever they call you. You can assign different Call Tones for specific callers and specify the date and time of what you want your family and friends to hear when they call you.

How to subscribe?
If you are a StarHub Mobile customer, you can subscribe to Call Tones service via these methods:

1. Dial our Call Tones Hotline number at 9380 0000. (Please note that local prevailing call charges apply).
   
   • Press 1 to subscribe.
   • Upon successful subscription you will receive a confirmation SMS.
2. Dial *138# and press SEND
3. Alternatively, you can contact our friendly customer care consultants at 1633.
   If you are not a StarHub Mobile customer yet, when signing up for your mobile line, you can request to subscribe to Call Tones service at any StarHub retail outlet.

How to preview and purchase Call Tones?
If you are already a Call Tones subscriber, you can:

1. Dial our Call Tones Hotline number at 9380 0000. (Please note that local prevailing call charges apply).
   
   • Press 1 to browse and purchase new Call Tones.
   • Press 1 to start listening to the 10 Call Tones.
   • Then follow the voice instruction and make your selection accordingly.
2. Via internet. Log-in with your Gee! ID.
   
   • Click on Genre to browse and preview the Call Tones
   • Once you have decided on the Call Tone, click on " Purchase"

How to manage my Call Tones personal library?

1. Dial our Call Tones Hotline number at 9380 0000. (Please note that local prevailing call charges apply).
   
   • To set to play all your Call Tones randomly:
     
     • Press 2 to access personal library.
     • Press 1 to set to play random.
   • To set default Call Tone:
     
     • Press 2 to access personal library.
     • Press 2 to listen to all purchased Call Tones.
     • Then follow the voice instruction and make your selection accordingly.
   • To delete Call Tone:
     
     • Press 2 to access personal library.
     • Press 2 to listen to all purchased Call Tones.
     • Then follow the voice instruction and make your selection accordingly.
2. Visit our Call Tones online via your Gee! ID login
   
   • Select My Call Tones to access and manage your Call Tones in your personal library.

**Call Tones in the Specials are pre-bundled. StarHub reserves the right to change the number of Call Tones bundled in Specials at any time at its own discretion without prior notice.

Note:
New subscribers to Call Tones will be charged service subscription fee only for the first month when they activate the service. For subsequent months, subscribers will only pay for whatever purchased Call Tones they have in their libraries or minimum service subscription fee if there are no purchased Call Tones in their libraries for any particular calendar month. Call Tones are renewable and valid for one calendar month. 5 days before the first of each month, you will receive a renewal SMS and have the choice to (a) retain the same Call Tones, or (b) delete and/or (c) purchase brand new Call Tones.
