1.1 To subscribe to any of our mobile service plans, you will incur a one-time registration fee/SIM card charge of $37.45.
1.2 Outgoing call charges for excess minutes are at 16.05 cents per minute and excess SMS are at 5.35 cents per SMS.
1.3 For existing StarHub customers who upgrade to a 3G-enabled handset and a 3G price plan, the SIM Card charge of $21.40 applies.
1.4 Unlimited data usage only applies to local usage. Usual roaming GPRS charges apply when service is used overseas.
1.5 StarHub's Terms and Conditions for Info-Communications services apply.

2.1 Waiver of $200 charge under early handset upgrade scheme is applicable for PowerValue700, PowerTalk II and PowerTalk Ultimate plans.
2.2 PowerTalk Ultimate customers who re-contract under this scheme, will only receive the $500 Handset Upgrade voucher on the next contract renewal eligibility with 12 months of continuous active service on PowerTalk Ultimate plan.

4.1 To qualify for Hub Club membership, you need to subscribe to StarHub Mobile Postpaid, StarHub CableTV and Maxonline Postpaid services, registered under your name and NRIC or FIN number. 8.1 The current month's free airtime is the maximum airtime that could be carried forward to the following month.

9.1 Applicable to IDD 018 voice calls originating from all StarHub Mobile Postpaid plans (except PowerValue plans) and GREEN Prepaid service in Singapore to any mobile and fixed line in Bangladesh, Brunei, Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Puerto Rico, Russia, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, USA (states in USA only, including Alaska and Hawaii).
9.2 Also applicable to IDD 018 voice calls made to any fixed line in Australia, New Zealand and United Kingdom.
9.3 Free IDD 018 excludes the following :-
9.3.1 Australia mobile and special services 611, 614
9.3.2 New Zealand mobile 642
9.3.3 UK mobile and special service 443, 447, 448, 449
9.4 The monthly subscription charge of $5 for free IDD 018 to China, Hong Kong and USA will be waived till further notice.

10.1 Applicable to all new and existing StarHub Mobile Postpaid customers.
10.2 The promotional rate of 5.35 cents per MMS sent is only applicable for Local MMS sent within Singapore and does not apply to Global MMS.

11.1 Price stated is inclusive of GST.
11.2 The XtraFun Pack includes 5 FREE premium downloads of Themes, MMS Animations & Wallpapers, MP3/True/Polyphonic Tones and Videos plus unlimited access of info updates from StarHub. Content offering may vary.
11.3 Call Tones, Java Games, Java Applications and Video Streaming Clips are not included in the XtraFun Pack.
11.4 Premium contents will be stated and chargeable beyond the 5th FREE premium downloads of the XtraFun Pack on pay-per-use basis (only for Gee! postpaid customers).
11.5 XtraFun Pack is only applicable to Gee!.
