Monthly DataRoam Plans
- StarHub Mobile postpaid customers can subscribe to DataRoam Monthly 10MB, 20MB, 40MB or 100MB as a value-added service ("VAS").
- Pre-requisite for subscription to DataRoam Monthly package:
- MaxMobile/BlackBerry data pack plan, or SmartSurf mobile plan, or any other mobile plan with a MaxMobile/BlackBerry data VAS
- International Roaming service
- Excess data usages are charged at prevailing roaming rates.
- Customer can only have one DataRoam Plan at any one time.
- DataRoam subscribers using Roam Manager will not track data usage costs within Conexus Mobile Alliance Operators.
- Monthly Subscription and Data Bundle are non-prorated upon activation and de-activation of Monthly DataRoam Plans. For example, when Customer activates a DataRoam 10MB Plan on 12 June 2011 and the next bill cycle is on 1 July 2011, he will be charged a $30 Monthly Subscription and given 10MB Data Bundle for use from 12 to 30 June 2011. On 1 July 2011, he will be charged $30 Monthly Subscription and given 10MB Data Bundle for use from 1 July to 31 July. If he deactivates DataRoam 10MB Plan on 16 June or anytime before the next billing cycle, there will be no refund for the $30 Monthly Subscription.
- Unused Data Bundle for the Monthly DataRoam Plans will not be rolled over to the next billing cycle.
