- How does the BlackBerry Unlimited DataRoam Value-added Service (VAS) works?
StarHub’s BlackBerry Unlimited DataRoam is an add-on VAS for customers with BlackBerry DataPack or mobile voice line with BlackBerry VAS and International Roaming. It provides BlackBerry users with unlimited data access on selected roaming operators in certain overseas destinations, via BlackBerry APN.
- Who can subscribe to BlackBerry Unlimited DataRoam VAS?
This service is available to customer who is subscribing to a mobile voice line with BlackBerry VAS or BlackBerry DataPack and International Roaming service.
- How many destinations does BlackBerry Unlimited DataRoam VAS cover?
At launch, BlackBerry Unlimited DataRoam VAS will include coverage of 27 destinations with 41 roaming operators. The list of roaming operators may be subjected to changes. For the updated list of roaming operators, kindly refer to www.starhub.com/roaming. Prevailing roaming data charges apply for roaming operators not in the listing.
- Can I use BlackBerry Unlimited DataRoam VAS locally?
No, BlackBerry Unlimited DataRoam VAS is only applicable for overseas data usage.
- Can I subscribe to Monthly DataRoam Plans with BlackBerry Unlimited DataRoam VAS?
No, BlackBerry Unlimited DataRoam VAS is not applicable for subscribers of Monthly DataRoam Plans.

No, this service is non-pro-ratable; therefore, there will be no refund for service terminated half-way through your bill cycle.
