Microsoft® Office 365 Promotional Launch Bundle with Broadband Plans

  1. With the launch of Microsoft® Office 365 services, StarHub is pleased to offer business customers (“Customer(s)”) with a special promotional launch bundle consisting of certain Microsoft Office 365 plan/seats together with certain StarHub’s broadband plan (“Launch Bundle”).
  2. This promotion is only open to businesses or companies registered with Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore (“ACRA”).
  3. This promotion is valid until such date as determined by StarHub.
  4. In order to be eligible for this promotion, all services under the Launch Bundle must be simultaneously activated before the promotion end date determined by StarHub. StarHub may extend the simultaneous activation date of all services under the Launch Bundle at its absolute discretion. The services under the Launch Bundle cannot be activated on different dates.
  5. To enjoy this promotion, Customers must subscribe to:

    5.1 Plan P1 of Microsoft® Office 365, which is briefly a plan for small businesses with fewer than 25 users, with the full details of Plan P1 described on StarHub’s website www.starhub.com;

    5.2 a certain minimum number of Microsoft® Office 365 seats as set out in Clause 6 below; and

    5.3 to the Launch Bundle for a minimum period of service of 24 continuous months (“Subscription Term”).

  6. Customers have the option to subscribe to any one of the following plans under the Launch Bundle:

  7. Customers may subscribe to additional number of seats. The subscription of additional seat(s) will be treated on an ala carte basis and subject to StarHub’s prevailing Charges as at the time of subscription.
  8. There are minimum requirements (including but not limited to operating system, office client, and browser requirements as may be stipulated by Microsoft and/or StarHub from time to time) which must be met in order to use Microsoft ® Office 365.
  9. All Customers cannot downgrade any part of the Launch Bundle (whether in terms of seats, broadband capacity or otherwise) at any time during the Subscription Term. Any downgrading of any part of the Launch Bundle during the Subscription Term shall be deemed an early termination of the Subscription Term and Customers shall pay StarHub an early termination Charge equivalent to the monthly recurring subscription Charge of the downgraded Launch Bundle plan for the rest of the remaining Subscription Term.
  10. Customers may request for an upgrade of any part of the Launch Bundle at any time during the Subscription Term. All such upgrade requests shall be subject to StarHub’s prior written approval. For each upgrade, an upgrade Charge will be imposed together with an increase of monthly recurring subscription Charge. StarHub reserves the right to reject a request for upgrade which may result in a change in the Launch Bundle.
  11. All Customers cannot terminate any part of the Launch Bundle at any time during the Subscription Term. If any Customer terminates any part of the Launch Bundle during the Subscription Term or if StarHub terminates any part of the Launch Bundle during the Subscription Term due to Customer’s default, Customer shall, upon termination, pay StarHub an early termination Charge equivalent to the monthly recurring subscription Charge of the terminated Launch Bundle plan for the rest of the remaining Subscription Term.
  12. Customers shall not be eligible for any and all other promotions as may be offered by StarHub in respect of any or both of the services under the Launch Bundle. For the avoidance of doubt, any and all existing broadband Customers who are under contract or under any promotion are not eligible to participate in this promotion, unless otherwise agreed by StarHub in writing.
  13. To sign up for this promotion, Customers must complete and sign StarHub’s applicable application forms.
  14. At all times, Customers’ application of the Launch Bundle shall be subject to StarHub’s approval (including but not limited to StarHub’s credit worthiness checks). StarHub reserves the right to reject any Customer at its absolute discretion without disclosing any reasons whatsoever.
  15. Upon the expiry of the Subscription Term, StarHub’s usual prevailing Charges shall apply. Customers’ continuation of the Launch Bundle upon and after the expiry of the Subscription Term shall constitute Customers’ acceptance of this Clause.
  16. StarHub may vary any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its absolute discretion, with or without notice to Customers.
  17. StarHub may suspend or terminate any part of this promotion or the Launch Bundle at any time, at its absolute discretion, with or without notice to Customers.
  18. At all times, the availability of the Launch Bundle shall be subject to the StarHub’s prevailing network coverage, service availability and the availability of all applicable StarHub’s resources, including but not limited to, relevant personnel.
  19. At all times, Customers must abide by all of StarHub’s prevailing General Terms & Conditions for Info-communications and applicable Service Specific Terms & Conditions for Broadband Services and Microsoft ® Office 365, as made available on StarHub’s website at www.starhub.com (collectively, “StarHub Terms”). The StarHub Terms form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and are incorporated herein by way of reference.
  20. By applying to subscribe to the Launch Bundle, Customers shall be deemed to have read, accepted and agreed to abide by all of these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to StarHub Terms and StarHub application forms) unconditionally.
