MaxMobile Plans

In these Terms and Conditions,

“Service” means the mobile data service, known as “MaxMobile”, provided by StarHub Mobile Pte Ltd (Reg No. 200000646C); and
“MaxMobile Plans” means such Mobile data plans as may be implemented by StarHub from time to time.

MaxMobile Plans are not available for subscription as value-added services to StarHub mobile postpaid plans and shall be subscribed to separately from StarHub mobile postpaid plans.
You can change the MaxMobile Plan to which you have subscribed to another MaxMobile Plan at any time, unless your account has been suspended or blacklisted or there are outstanding Charges under your account.
Any change in your MaxMobile Plan may result in a temporary disruption of your access to or use of the Service and/or loss of data; StarHub shall not be liable for any such disruption or loss of data, or any damages, losses, costs or expenses arising therefrom.
The applicable early termination charges shall be payable if you change or terminate your MaxMobile Plan at any time during your minimum contract term.

Unless expressly waived by StarHub, you will be charged the following:
- the prevailing registration fee for each new MaxMobile Plan subscribed to;
- the prevailing monthly subscription Charges for each of the MaxMobile Plans; and
- usage Charges, if any.
You will be billed the subscription charges for the MaxMobile Plans on a monthly basis.
Certain MaxMobile Plans may be subject to a maximum cap on Charges. Such maximum cap shall include the prevailing monthly subscription Charges for such MaxMobile Plans and applies only to local data traffic. You will be charged the prevailing rates for data traffic used outside of Singapore.
Certain MaxMobile Plans may be subject to unlimited data usage. Such unlimited data usage shall apply to local data traffic only. You will be charged the prevailing rates for data traffic used outside of Singapore.

Eligible customers who subscribe to MaxMobile Ultimate and MaxMobile Elite shall enjoy a 50% discount on the monthly subscription charges for the entire contract term (“the Promotion”).The Promotion offer is valid till such date as determined by StarHub.
Only customers subscribing to both postpaid residential MaxOnline and postpaid Mobile services at the same service address are eligible for the Promotion. Promotion will cease when customer terminates his MaxOnline service. Customers who are subscribing to MaxOnline services under commercial or bulk subscriptions shall not be eligible for the Promotion.
StarHub’s Hub Club discounts cannot be used in conjunction with the Promotion, or any other discounts, promotional offers or other similar schemes relating to the MaxMobile Plans, unless otherwise expressly permitted by StarHub in its absolute discretion.
StarHub’s decision on all matters pertaining to any discounts, promotional offers or other similar schemes relating to the MaxMobile Plans, including the Promotion, shall be final. No correspondence/communications will be entertained.
Without prejudice to the foregoing and notwithstanding anything in these Terms and Conditions, StarHub reserves the right to terminate the Promotion at any time without notice or liability. You shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever from StarHub in respect of any such termination.

StarHub’s General Terms & Conditions and Specific Terms & Conditions for Mobile and MaxMobile Data Services at www.starhub.com will apply to the Promotion. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between any provision of the Service Specific Terms & Conditions and any provision of the General Terms & Conditions, such conflict or inconsistency will be resolved in a manner most favourable to StarHub. However, if such conflict or inconsistency cannot be so resolved, the provisions of the Service Specific Terms & Conditions will prevail over the provisions of these General Terms & Conditions.
StarHub reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions (including the charges payable in respect of the MaxMobile Plans) at its discretion, at any time and without prior notice. Subscription to and use of the Service shall constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions and any amendments thereof.
