StarHub Cloud Solutions – Microsoft® Office 365 Business Solution Pack Terms and Conditions:

Promotions are valid until 31st January 2012.
Plan P1 of Microsoft® Office 365 is not suitable for a company with more than 50 users.
A 10% discount is applicable to any additional Office 365 P1 seats purchased together with the Business Solution Pack.
The standard setup charge of $50 per user is waived for the Business Solution Packs promotion.
All Business Solutions Packs comes with a minimum service period of 12 continuous months, thereafter, StarHub's prevailing charges applies.

StarHub TV Eligibility Conditions:

To be eligible for this Promotion, the Customer must subscribe to at least 1 StarHub TV Ala-carte channel during the period from 9 Jan 2012 to 31 Jan 2012 inclusive (“Offer Period”).
The Promotion is applicable to any 1 new ala-carte channel subscriptions (Not applicable to HD channels and Neo Cricket) for the Customer’s first (1st) television set.
Customers who have terminated their StarHub TV accounts during the period 9 Jan 2012 to 31 Jan 2012 and wish to re-subscribe to StarHub TV are not eligible for this Promotion.
A minimum contractual subscription period of 12 continuous months is required (“Minimum Period of Service”).
The Promotion is also not valid with any other promotions.

StarHub TV Terms and Conditions:

Set-top box installation must be completed by 10 Feb 2012.
A service deposit equivalent to the aggregate monthly recurring subscription fees for the subscribed packages for 2 months is applicable and payable to StarHub.
If the Customer terminates the Agreement during the Minimum Period of Service, an early termination charge of $900 will be imposed.
StarHub’s General and Service-Specific Terms and Conditions (available at www.starhub.com) shall apply together with the terms and conditions of the Application Form (collectively “StarHub Terms”). The terms and conditions herein shall be read in conjunction with the StarHub Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms herein and StarHub Terms, the former shall prevail.
StarHub reserves the right to amend any of the terms and conditions herein (including but not limited to pricing and packages) at any time without prior notice. Participation in this Promotion or use of StarHub CableTV Service (including but not limited to the Sports Package) will constitute acceptance of all terms and conditions herein and the amendments thereof.
The laws of Singapore shall govern the terms and conditions herein and parties agree to be bound by the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
