Switch to StarHub Mobile Network
To select StarHub as your mobile roaming network in Singapore, simple follow the following steps:

Make a local or international call
To make a local call in Singapore:
Simply key in the local number (a fixed line number ‘6XXXXXXX’ or a mobile number ‘9XXXXXXX’) and dial.
Using Local Direct Call (LDC)

Simply key #0 in place of the IDD prefix ("+" or 008) followed by the country code and the mobile phone number.

How to use LDC:
