GlobalRoam *108* rates
With StarHub’s GlobalRoam *108*, you can all make calls to your business associates in another country to enjoy great savings. In such instances, your GlobalRoam *108* calls to the other destination will be charged based on the prevailing rate of the GlobalRoam *108* calls back to Singapore from your place of travel, plus the Zone Rate of the destination you are calling. For example, if you are calling a friend in China while travelling in Australia, you will be billed based on the prevailing GlobalRoam *108* rate back to Singapore (from Australia) plus the Zone Rate which China is in (i.e. Zone 3)
Call Singapore
When calling to Singapore phone number from overseas country GlobalRoam Call charges = [Caller Country’s GlobalRoam Rate]
Example: When you are calling from Australia to Singapore, the call charges is
[Australia’s GlobalRoam Rate] = S$1.50/min.
Call International
When calling to other countries phone number from overseas country
GlobalRoam Call charges = [Caller Country’s GlobalRoam Rate] + [Receiver Country’s Zone Rate]
Example: When you are calling from Australia to China, the call charges is [Australia’s GlobalRoam Rate] + [China’s Zone Rate] = S$1.50 + S$0.58 = S$2.08/min.
Note: Call charges start when you answer the incoming call from the system. Calls diverted to Voicemail are classified as connected calls. Setup charges apply for disconnected calls. Example, for an unanswered call from Australia to Singapore, $0.50 setup charges will apply.
