Other Charges

1. MaxOnline service is available to cable-ready residential properties only. Customers must be at least 18 years old.
2. A service activation fee of $32.10 is chargeable for each MaxOnline access plan.
3. Installation service is chargeable at $53.50 per computer connection and is limited to the installation of cable modems with USB connection only. Alternatively, delivery is available at $12.84 per trip.
4. A Service Early Termination Fee of $32.10 applies if a customer terminates his MaxOnline within three months from the date of activation.
5. HubStation can only support download speeds of up to 32 Mbps. Active StarHub TV subscription is required for upgrade of MaxOnline subscription plan on HubStation rental.
6. To enjoy free Digital Voice, a voice-enabled cable modem (VeCM) or an integrated access device (IAD) is required. An activation fee of $42.80 is chargeable.
7. To sign up for MaxOnline Ultimate, you will need a compatible cable modem and 100 BaseT Ethernet Network Interface Card. Click here to view the cable modem compatibility table or qualify your PC to check if it's broadband-ready.
8. Customer may access MaxOnline services using one or more personal computers or Mac machines in a network environment. StarHub will, in its discretion, determine whether any arrangement, configuration or usage of MaxOnline services constitutes use within a network environment.
9. Customers are advised to back-up all important files on their computers. StarHub will not be responsible for any corruption, loss or deletion of files.
10. StarHub reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions (including pricing) at any time and without notice. Use of MaxOnline services will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions and the amendments thereof.
11. Prices stated are inclusive of GST.
