Other Applicable Charges

1. MaxOnline service is available to residential properties connected to StarHub’s cable network with reverse signal for 2-way interactivity. MaxInfinity service is available to residential properties which are fibre-ready, certified, and which have a termination point within the premises.
2. A service activation fee of $32.10 is chargeable for each MaxOnline or MaxInfinity access plan, unless otherwise stated by StarHub.
3. The installation service for the cable modem or Wireless Home Gateway is available and chargeable at $53.50 per computer connection
4. A Service Early Termination Fee of $32.10 applies if a customer terminates his MaxOnline service within 3 months from the date of activation. A tiered Service Early Termination Fee of $385.20 or $1669.20 (for MaxInfinity Supreme) will apply if a customer terminates his MaxInfinity service within 12 months from the date of activation of the service.
5. HubStation can only support download speeds of up to 32 Mbps. Customers are required to subscribe to StarHub TV Services if they wish to upgrade the MaxOnline subscription plan on their HubStation rental unit.
6. To enjoy free Digital Voice Home Services, a voice-enabled cable modem (VeCM) or an integrated access device (IAD) is required. An activation fee of $42.80 is chargeable.
7. Each customer is only eligible for one complimentary Digital Voice Home Service per service address (amounting to a waiver of the monthly subscription fee of $10.49), regardless of the number of MaxOnline, MaxInfinity or StarHub TV Services subscribed.
8. To sign up for MaxOnline Ultimate, customers will require a compatible cable modem and 100 BaseT Ethernet Network Interface Card. Click here to view the cable modem compatibility table or qualify your PC to check if it's broadband-ready
9. Customer may access MaxOnline/ MaxInfinity Services using one or more personal computers or Mac machines in a network environment. StarHub will, in its discretion, determine whether any arrangement, configuration or usage of MaxOnline/ MaxInfinity services constitutes use within a network environment.
10. Customers are advised to back-up all important files on their computers. StarHub will not be responsible for any corruption, loss or deletion of files.
11. StarHub reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions (including pricing) at any time and without notice. Use of MaxOnline or MaxInfinity Services will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions and the amendments thereof.
12. Subscription to the MaxInfinity or MaxOnline Services is subject to these terms and conditions, StarHub’s General Terms & Conditions for Info-Communications Services and Service Specific Terms and Conditions for MaxOnline or MaxInfinity Services (as the case may be), which can be found at www.starhub.com (collectively, “the StarHub Terms and Conditions”).
13. StarHub reserves the right to revise the StarHub Terms and Conditions and/or such other terms and conditions agreed or accepted by customer (including price plans and payment terms) at its discretion without prior notice. Customers’ sign-up for the MaxOnline or MaxInfinity Services and continued use of the MaxOnline or MaxInfinity Services will constitute acceptance of the StarHub Terms and Conditions (including revisions thereof).
14. Prices stated are inclusive of GST.
