1. Insert your Internet SIM into your device  and you are ready to surf.

For first time $32 MaxMobile Prepaid Internet SIM User

1. Insert the SIM card into your device
2. Launch browser and get directed to Self-help portal 
   
3. Activate a data plan of your choice ( Note: Price of data plan will be deducted from main balance of your Internet SIM)
   
4. Upon successfully activation, you are ready to surf.

Returning user/Plan Extention

1. Launch browser and get directed to Self-help portal, if not, please go to www.starhub.com/maxmobileprepaid/selfhelp
2. Login with your Internet SIM number and password
3. If the main balance of your Internet SIM have insufficient credit to activate a data plan, please top-up online with Visa/MasterCard. Or select “Top-up using Happy Prepaid Top-up card” at the Self-help portal.
4. Upon successful top-up of credit to your Internet SIM, activate a data plan at www.starhub.com/maxmobileprepaid/selfhelp
5. Upon successful activation, you are ready to surf

Top-up using Happy Prepaid Top-up Cards:

1. Via Online: Logon to self-help portal and select “Top up with Top-Up card”
   
2. Via Mobile: Key *112* <10 digit Top-up card number>*<6-digit PIN number># and SEND. Upon successful top up, you will receive a SMS notification on your new card balance and expiry date
   

Note:  Not applicable for Happy $128 Prepaid Top-up Card and Happy Stars /Happy Stars Plus Prepaid Top-up Card

1. Log on to www.starhub.com/prepaid and select “ Online Top-up”.
