Singapore, 3 April 2007 – Mobile roaming rates will now be simple-to-understand when StarHub today offers yet another innovation to its mobile customers - flat-rates on mobile roaming services to over 220 destinations around the world. StarHub mobile customers can roam with ease of mind knowing exactly what they would spend in any destination, as there are now clear fixed rates each for voice calls, video calls, SMS and data in that destination.
In addition, StarHub mobile customers no longer have to worry about which operator they are logged onto when they travel and what rates individual operators will be charging them. Instead, all StarHub customers need to know, regardless of the mobile operator they choose to roam on, is the flat rate for each roaming service in that destination.
The flat-rate pricing model follows other StarHub innovations, such as free incoming calls and per second billing, that add value and convenience for its customers.
