Customers can subscribe to MaxOnline from authorized resellers and bring home a plug-and-play modem. To date, with 92,000* subscribing households, MaxOnline is the market leader for residential broadband services.

StarHub CableTV and MaxOnline customers will continue to enjoy the benefits and privileges under the StarHub Rewards loyalty programme.

"We want our customers to know that we are the best source for information, communications and entertainment services in Singapore. As our valued customers, they can continue to expect the same level of commitment, if not better, from us. What’s more, they can now "hub" both at home and at work, whether by surfing the Net, sending an SMS, chatting to a friend, streaming videos, downloading or just watching television. All this is possible simply by hubbing from one source – StarHub!" said Mr Yong Lum Sung, Chief Operating Officer of StarHub.

Together with a letter announcing the name change, customers will also be receiving the latest edition of StarHub Rewards, the loyalty newsletter for StarHub CableTV and MaxOnline customers. This includes an exciting supplement featuring a full range of StarHub’s info-communications services available for redemption through the StarHub Rewards Monthly Points programme.

Customers can continue to contact StarHub via the same numbers and addresses.
