Local voice calls at StarHub's payphones are charged at 10 cents every three minutes. For SPInS, the data call charge is at an introductory price of 10 cents for every three minutes till 29 October 2000. After that, data calls will be charged at 10 cents for every two minutes.

As of end August, 95% of StarHub's 850 payphones installed island-wide are SPInS and ISDN enabled. These ISDN payphones support StarHub's chip-based phone cards and now the Nets CashCard. Soon it will even support credit cards.
