Singapore, 5 July 2000 -- StarHub, Singapore’s new info-communications operator today signed a strategic partnership agreement with, the leading next-generation network management service provider, to offer StarHub’s business customers value-added remote network management services bundled with its comprehensive suite of info-com solutions.
