Terms & Conditions - StarHub TV Lite on Cable

 
  1. StarHub TV Lite plan is available on Cable and consists of the following (valid till 31 December 2015):
    1. 10% off all Video-On-Demand titles & KaraOK! Day Pass
    2. Access to FreeView channels
    3. Free HD Interactive (CISCO) set-top box rental
    4. Access to StarHub TV Anywhere (Applicable to selected channels only)
  2. StarHub TV Lite plan on Cable is available to new and existing StarHub standalone Home Broadband customers who:
    1. are not subscribed to any StarHub TV services; and/or
    2. do not have outstanding balance due under any StarHub services.
    3. limited to one StarHub TV Lite subscription per service address d. StarHub TV Lite subscription must be registered under the same service address as the Home Broadband subscription
  3. Customers may choose to upgrade to a StarHub TV plan of minimum of 3 basic groups at any point in time.
  4. Service Early Termination Charge will not be imposed for customers who upgrade to the standard StarHub TV price plan within the 3-month period.
  5. Upon termination of StarHub broadband service, StarHub TV Lite plan charge of $16.05 (inclusive of GST) will be charged.
  6. Subscription of additional set-top box is allowed; additional outlet screen charge and prevailing set-top box rental charge will apply for every additional set-top box.
  7. TV Lite plan is not available to customers using retail set-top boxes.
  8. StarHub TV Lite plan is not eligible for Hub Club membership and Hub Club discount.
  9. StarHub TV Lite plan is not eligible for Employee discount.
  10. StarHub TV Lite plan is not applicable to commercial customers and bulk customers.
  11. StarHub TV Lite plan is only available on Cable platform and is not available on Fibre platform.
  12. StarHub TV Lite plan is not applicable with other in-house promotions, special packages and external offers unless specified by StarHub.
  13. StarHub reserves the right to revise any of these Terms & Conditions (including pricing plans) at its discretion without prior notice. Use of StarHub Cable TV Services will constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the amendments thereof.
  14. In the event of a dispute, a customer's entitlement to sign-up for this plan is subject to the sole discretion and final determination of StarHub. StarHub TV Lite plan is part of StarHub Cable TV Services. The use of such services is also subject to StarHub's Terms & Conditions and Service Specific Terms & Conditions for StarHub TV.
  15. A Service Early Termination Charge of $64.20 will apply for any termination of service within first 3 months. Other prevailing Terms & Conditions for the subscription of StarHub Home broadband at the time of sign-up applies.

  17. HD Interactive (CISCO) set-top boxes will be issued by default. In the event that HDI Interactive (CISCO) set-top box is not available, an alternative set-top box decided by StarHub, will be issued instead.

Terms & Conditions - StarHub TV Lite Add-on Channels

  1. Subscription of add-on channels is only applicable to StarHub TV Lite customers with no outstanding bill due to StarHub.
  2. StarHub TV Lite add-on channels will not be eligible for Hub Club discounts.
  3. StarHub TV Lite add-on channels are not applicable with other in-house promotions, special packages and external offers unless specified by StarHub.
