  1. All paying StarHub customers with a monthly billable services (including landed subscribers paying the Connection Fee) are eligible for the privileges except for commercial accounts, charity and complimentary accounts, condo bulk without any paid upgrade services and service apartment bulk without any paid upgrade services.
  2. The privileges are applicable to active customers only.
  3. Customers are required to present their StarHub mobile phone or latest StarHub bill to enjoy the privileges.
  4. The redemption of discounts/offers is subject to the merchants‘ terms and conditions, which are stated at StarHub Rewards.
  5. StarHub reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of the terms and conditions, at any time, at its own discretion, without any prior notice.
