  1. Free IDD 018 calls to 19 destinations include: Australia, Bangladesh, Brunei, Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Russia, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, USA and Vietnam.
  2. Free IDD 018 to Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan and United Kingdom is applicable to fixed lines only. Free IDD 018 excludes Australia with prefixes: 611, 6114 and 614; New Zealand with prefixes: 642, Taiwan with prefixes: 88660, 88670 and 8869 and United Kingdom mobile and special services: 443, 447, 448 and 449.
  3. Calls are charged in per minute blocks.
  4. Local airtime charges apply.
  5. This promotion is subject to discretion of StarHub. StarHub may vary, suspend or terminate the whole or part of this promotion from time to time without prior notice.
  6. In addition to these terms and conditions, this promotion is subject to StarHub’s General Terms and Conditions, available at Legal Notices & Terms. StarHub reserves the right to vary any part of these terms and conditions without prior notice and shall have the final decision in any dispute arising from this promotion.

Prepaid IDD Promotion: Call 8 mins and get the next 10 mins Free

  1. This IDD Promotion is valid till further notice and is only applicable for StarHub Mobile prepaid customers who make IDD 018 calls to China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Sri Lanka.
    1. Customers will enjoy FREE 10 minutes IDD 018 call AFTER the first 8 minutes to one of the above destinations. The FREE 10 minutes of IDD 018 call to the destination will only be awarded ONCE per call and must be utilized within the same call. Any unutilized free minutes shall be automatically forfeited.
    2. There are no limits to the number of times a customer can enjoy the 10 minutes of FREE IDD 018 call to the selected destination each day.
    3. The chargeable duration of IDD 018 calls will be charged based on prevailing StarHub Mobile prepaid IDD 018 rate to each countries and will be deducted from either customer’s Main account or the respective $28 Happy $128 and/ or $25 Happy Stars Plus (where applicable) at the discretion of StarHub. In the event of unavailable or insufficient credit in the customer's IDD/Others balance, the cost of the IDD 021 calls will be deducted from the customer's next available balance.
    4. This IDD Promotion applies to both fixed lines and mobile lines.
    5. This promotion is subject to discretion of StarHub. StarHub may vary, suspend or terminate the whole or part of this promotion from time to time without prior notice.
    6. In addition to these terms and conditions, this promotion is subject to StarHub’s General Terms and Conditions, available at Legal Notices & Terms. StarHub reserves the right to vary any part of these terms and conditions without prior notice and shall have the final decision in any dispute arising from this promotion.

INTERNATIONAL TELEPHONE SERVICES, CALLS TO MALAYSIA AND INDONESIAN BORDER TOWNS

  1. Services
    1. In this Section, Services refer to International Services provided by StarHub Pte Ltd for customers who opt to use StarHub’s International Services but have chosen to retain their direct exchange lines and/or mobile telephone lines through another Service Provider(s)
    2. To apply for the Services, you must have a direct exchange line and/or mobile telephone line from another Service Provider(s). We may allow you to register for Services through line(s) that do not belong to you but you agree that you will solely be responsible for obtaining the relevant consent from the owner(s) of the line(s) and for the payment of all charges incurred further to the Services.
    3. If you do not make use of the Services for a significant period, we may suspend or end the Services.
  2. Other Service Providers
    1. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage you may suffer by the use of your direct exchange line and/or mobile telephone service with another Service Providers(s) or any other services offered by another Service Provider(s)
    2. If you terminate your direct exchange line and/or mobile telephone line registered for the Services, you must inform us immediately to end the Services
    3. You must inform us immediately, and in any case within 24 hours, in writing or via fax where:
      1. There are changes to your mobile telephone number or Service Provider; or
      2. Your mobile number or SIM card is lost or stolen.   
  3. You agree that until we have been notified of the above, you shall continue to be responsible for all Charges incurred for the lines registered with us.
