Terms & Conditions - iPad MaxMobile 60-day Plan

 

  1. iPad MaxMobile 60-day plan (Prepaid) is used solely for SMS and data access purposes. There is strictly no voice capability on MaxMobile Prepaid microSIM Card.
  2. StarHub’s MaxMobile Prepaid MicroSIM comes with $32 value and 20 free local SMS. The value that comes with the card can be used to purchase iPad MaxMobile Data Plan (Prepaid).
  3. iPad MaxMobile 60-day plan (Prepaid) is available at download speeds of up to 7.2Mbps only.
  4. All existing registration and de-registration processes and policies of StarHub GREEN Prepaid shall apply for MaxMobile Prepaid microSIM. We may decline acceptance of your application for purchase and/or registration of the MaxMobile Prepaid microSIM Cards at our discretion.
  5. Upon successful activation of the iPad MaxMobile plan with 60 days validity, customer will be able to utilize the free bundle data (2.5GB) that comes with the plan during the data plan validity period.
  6. Additional 500MB, part of the 2.5GB bundled data, is given as a promotion valid till 31 December 2010.
  7. During the data plan validity period, once the free bundle data (2.5GB) is used up or the data plan expires, whichever comes first, customer will not be able to access data anymore until the next data plan is purchased.
  8. All free bundle data that comes with a data plan expire in 60 days from the date of purchase. To roll over any balance bundle data from the plan, customer can purchase another data plan and the validity of the plan will be extended by another 60 days from the date of purchase.
  9. All charges for data access and SMS made on MaxMobile Prepaid microSIM Card will be deducted automatically from the balance stored value thereof.
  10. The free bundle data that comes with iPad MaxMobile 60-day plan (Prepaid) applies to local usage only. Prevailing roaming data charges apply while roaming overseas and charges will be deducted from the main wallet.
  11. Charging of all data plans are based on 24-hour clock cycle. StarHub reserves the right to change such charging block without prior notice.
  12. The MaxMobile Prepaid microSIM Card and its balance are valid for 6 months. The MaxMobile Prepaid microSIM Card must be topped up at least once every 6 months to extend the card’s service and balances’ expiry date.
  13. Detailed instructions on how to top-up the value of a MaxMobile Prepaid microSIM Card can be found at www.starhub.com/green.
  14. Every MaxMobile Prepaid microSIM Card, once sold, is not refundable and has no surrender value. StarHub is not obliged to refund, and will not entertain any claim for any refund of, any unused portion of the value of a MaxMobile Prepaid microSIM Card, whether before or after its expiry.
  15. Your ability to use the MaxMobile Prepaid microSIM Card is dependent on the internet device that you are using.
  16. You are fully responsible for the use of the existing USB Modem and the MaxMobile Prepaid microSIM Card, and StarHub shall not be liable in any circumstances for any losses, expenses, damages, claims, liabilities or costs suffered or incurred by you resulting from such use.
  17. StarHub makes no warranty, express or implied, with respect to the services provided under the MaxMobile Prepaid microSIM Card and expressly disclaims any warranty of merchantability, description or fitness for any particular purpose or function.
  18. StarHub reserves the right to change the fair usage policy.
  19. StarHub reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions (including pricing) at its discretion without prior notice.
  20. Use of the MaxMobile Prepaid microSIM Card will constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and any amendment thereof.
  21. The use of the MaxMobile Prepaid microSIM service will be further subject to StarHub's General Terms and Conditions and Service Specific Terms and Conditions for Mobile and Mobile Data services.
