Terms & Conditions - IDD Rates

 

All IDD 018 rates have been aligned with effect from 1 November 2015. Customers who are previously on IDD 018 Hubber rates and IDD 018 Promotion rates will now enjoy the latest IDD 018 published rates.

  1. Eligibility and Rates
    1. StarHub IDD Rates are applicable to:
      1. StarHub Mobile Postpaid customers
      2. StarHub Digital Voice Home/Global customers
      3. Singtel residential fixed line customers upon registration for StarHub’s IDD Service
      4. Singtel and M1’s mobile postpaid customers upon registration for StarHub’s IDD Service
      5. StarHub HomeConnect card (prepaid international calling card) customers
      6. StarHub Prepaid customers using IDD 008
      7. Customers using public StarHub Payphones
    2. StarHub reserves the right to change the country and/or the prevailing rates any time without prior notice.
    3. Different charges apply for calls terminating to registered mobile lines in the country, unless otherwise stated.
    4. Prevailing local mobile airtime charges or usage charges (where applicable) shall apply at all times.
  2. Other Service Providers
    1. In this Section, Services refer to the use of StarHub IDD Rates by customers who opt to use StarHub IDD Rates but have chosen to retain their direct exchange lines and/or mobile telephone lines through another Service Provider(s).
    2. To apply for the Services, you must have a direct exchange line and/or mobile telephone line from another Service Provider(s). We may allow you to register for Services through line(s) that do not belong to you but you agree that you will solely be responsible for obtaining the relevant consent from the owner(s) of the line(s) and for the payment of all charges incurred further to the Services.
    3. If you do not make use of the Services for a significant period, we may suspend or end the Services.
    4. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage you may suffer by the use of your direct exchange line and/or mobile telephone service with another Service Providers(s) or any other services offered by another Service Provider(s).
    5. If you terminate your direct exchange line and/or mobile telephone line registered for the Services, you must inform us immediately to end the Services.
    6. You must inform us immediately, and in any case within 24 hours, in writing or via fax where:
      1. There are changes to your mobile telephone number or Service Provider; or
      2. Your mobile number or SIM card is lost or stolen.
    7. You agree that until we have been notified of the above, you shall continue to be responsible for all charges incurred for the lines registered with us.
  3. General
    1. All charges will be calculated based on StarHub's records. StarHub's records shall be final and conclusive evidence of the duration of each call.
    2. StarHub reserves the right to change any part of these Terms & Conditions from time to time without notice.
    3. The use of StarHub IDD Rates and the Services are subject to StarHub’s General Terms & Conditions, Specific Terms & Conditions, and any other terms and conditions that you may have agreed from time to time. You may view our terms and conditions at Legal Notices & Terms.
