  1. Definitions
    1. "Account" means your account under the Programme to which Points earned by You are credited and from which Points redeemed by you are deducted.
    2. "Member" means a member of the Programme.
    3. "Participating Retailers" means the retailers participating in the Programme and "Participating Retailer" means any one of them.
    4. "Points" – means the points earned by You by participating in the Programme and "Point" means 1 unit of it.
    5. "Programme" means the HubTreats Programme.
    6. "Rules" means these rules.
    7. "StarHub" means StarHub Ltd.
    8. "You" means you as the user of this application registering as a Member.
    9. "We" or "Us" means RLClub Singapore Pte Ltd as the Manager for HubTreats Programme.
  2. HubTreats Programme
    1. The HubTreats Programme allows you to earn Points and convert them into StarHub Rewards points and the StarHub Rewards redemption is to be done through StarHub Rewards Management System.
    2. You may join the Programme as a Member by installing the HubTreats Programme mobile application (Mobile App) on your smartphone, or a similar device and completing the in-app registration form.
    3. By joining the Programme, you agree to abide by these Rules.
  3. Points
    1. You may earn Points by participating in promotions organised by Participating Retailers. Each promotion will have a list of simple actions such as making a purchase with a Participating Retailer or "liking" a Participating Outlet's Facebook page. By performing these actions, you will earn Points.
    2. You may use the Mobile App to:
      1. access any ongoing promotions;
      2. view the actions you can perform and the Points you will earn; and
      3. check the number of points you have earned and your Account balance.
    3. Your Points are valid for a period of six (6) months from the date Points were last credited to your Account.
    4. Points are not transferable, have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
    5. We may cancel some or all of your Points without compensation:
      1. if your Points cease to be valid;
      2. if you cease to be a Member;
      3. if you return products purchased at a Participating Retailer for a refund;
      4. if they are earned via improper means (as determined by Us);
      5. if they have been credited as a result of an error;
      6. upon the termination of the Programme; or
      7. for any other reason.
  4. Conversion of Points
    1. For every 500 Points you earn, you may convert to StarHub Rewards points in your StarHub Account.
  5. Termination of Programme
    1. Member may withdraw from this programme by submitting the cancellation form in the Mobile App. Upon withdrawal from this programme or termination of such membership, the member will cease to enjoy all privileges and benefits conferred by this programme.
    2. StarHub reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. StarHub reserves the right to terminate and vary this programme at any time and without notice. No member will be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever in respect of such termination.
    3. Should you have any queries on the Programme, you should approach us directly.
    4. StarHub shall have no liability to you in respect of the Programme.
  6. Personal Data Protection Act
    1. By joining the Programme, you consent to us, StarHub and our data intermediaries collecting, using and disclosing your personal data for the following purposes (Purposes):
      1. to facilitate and administer your membership in the Programme;
      2. to credit Points to and deduct Points from your Account;
      3. to inform you of promotions from Participating Retailers via the Mobile App and email;
      4. to send you marketing, advertising and promotional offers (Marketing Messages) via the Mobile App, email and post and via SMS to the mobile phone number provided to us; and
      5. to conduct market research, customer profiling and other statistical and trend analyses.
    2. Personal data we may collect for the Purposes include (but are not limited to) your name, email address, phone number, age, gender, date of birth, country of residence and nationality.
    3. You may opt out of receiving the Marketing Messages by sending us an email from the email address You have provided to us with the subject "UNSUBSCRIBE".
