Terms & Conditions - Happy Prepaid $50 SIM

 

  1. The Happy Prepaid SIM card comes with main credit balance and 90/180 days validity from the day of activation.
  2. To extend the Happy Prepaid SIM card, user must top-up the SIM card prior to expiration.
  3. You agree to use the Services in accordance with our prevailing policies, guidelines, instructions, notices and directions.
  4. If your SIM card is lost or stolen, there will be no replacement of the lost SIM nor retain the prepaid mobile number.  
  5. There will be no refund of any remaining credits or balances of the lost SIM card should the Happy Prepaid SIM card is lost or damaged.
  6. In addition to these Terms & Conditions, the service is also subject to StarHub’s General Terms & Conditions and applicable Service Specific Terms & Conditions at Legal Notices & Terms (collectively “Terms & Conditions”).
  7. StarHub reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions (including pricing) at its absolute discretion and without notice. Use of the Service will constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the amendments thereof.
  8. StarHub reserve the right to withdraw, revise or otherwise amend these mobile prepaid services, Happy Prepaid SIM cards, top up cards and their Terms & Conditions at its discretion and/or to terminate any users without prior notice.
  9. StarHub will not, in any circumstance, entertain any claim for a refund of the balance remaining in any of the mobile prepaid services, cards, top ups. In no circumstance shall we be liable for any loss, expense or damage that users may suffer.

FREE 100GB Mobile Local Data Plan

  1. This Promotion is available for new $50 Happy Prepaid SIM activated on and before 30 November 2016.
  2. The Happy Prepaid SIM shall come with 100GB FREE Data and which shall be valid for 5-day from the date of card activation.
  3. The 100GB will expire:
    1. when data usage has reached 100GB; or
    2. 5-day validity period has expired.
  4. Data charges will be deducted from the main wallet of the Happy Prepaid SIM when the 100GB of data has been used up or is no longer available.
  5. All unused data will expire at the end of the 5-day validity period. No extension of validity is allowed once the free data expires.
  6. In addition to these Terms & Conditions, the service is also subject to StarHub’s General Terms & Conditions and applicable Service Specific Terms & Conditions at Legal Notices & Terms (collectively “Terms & Conditions”).
