Terms & Conditions - Free 3 months StarHub Go Select

 

  1. General
    1. The use of the StarHub Go services are subject to StarHub's Consumer General Terms & Conditions, Service Specific Terms & Conditions, and any other terms and conditions that you and we may have agreed to from time to time. You may view our terms and conditions at Legal Notices & Terms.
    2. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between any provision of these Promotion Terms & Conditions, the Consumer General Terms & Conditions and Service Specific Terms & Conditions, the documents shall be construed in the following order of precedence:
      1. Promotion Terms & Conditions;
      2. Service Specific Terms & Conditions; and
      3. Consumer General Terms & Conditions.

  2. Eligibility for the Promotion
    1. This Promotion is available to new and re-contracting subscribers of StarHub Broadband or StarHub Postpaid Mobile subscription services who:
      1. sign up or re-contract for a StarHub Broadband subscription plan or StarHub Postpaid Mobile subscription plan;
      2. do not have outstanding bills due to us under any account; and
      3. have a valid Hub ID.
    2. If you do not have a valid Hub ID, you may create a valid Hub-ID within 30 days from the date that you commence or re-contract your StarHub Broadband subscription plan or your StarHub Postpaid Mobile subscription plan to be eligible for the Promotion, failing which you will not be eligible to enjoy this Promotion.
    3. StarHub reserves the right to determine your entitlement to this Promotion, and to reject any application for the Service at its sole discretion.

  3. The Promotion
    1. This Promotion is available until 30 June 2018 ("the Promotional Period").
    2. If you subscribe or re-contract for a StarHub Broadband subscription or StarHub Postpaid Mobile subscription plan during the Promotional Period, you will enjoy such StarHub Go service as we may select, without charge for a period of three months ("the Discount Period"), subject to these terms and conditions ("this Promotion").
    3. The Discount Period will commence on (i) the date that you subscribe for the StarHub Broadband subscription plan or StarHub Postpaid Mobile plan if you have a Hub ID at the time of subscription; or (ii) when you have subscribed for a Hub ID under Clause 2.2 above, whether or not you access the relevant StarHub Go service under the Promotion at that point of time.
    4. Upon expiry of the Discount Period, the prevailing charges for the relevant StarHub Go service under the Promotion will apply.
    5. If you are already enjoying another promotion for StarHub Go services at the time that you are eligible for this Promotion, this Promotion will replace and supersede such existing StarHub Go promotion.

  4. Others
    1. This Promotion cannot be used to offset existing subscription charges or outstanding balances due to StarHub.
    2. This Promotion is non-exchangeable for cash or kind, is non-refundable and non-transferable.
    3. Unless we specify otherwise, this Promotion is not available with other discounts, promotions, special packages or offers.
    4. We reserve the right to revise any of these Promotion Terms & Conditions at our sole discretion without prior notice. Your use of the StarHub mobile subscription services will constitute acceptance of these Promotion Terms & Conditions and the amendments thereof.
