Terms & Conditions - Service Specific - eAppointment Services


  1. General
    1. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. These Terms & Conditions are to be read together with our prevailing Legal Notices & Terms and General Terms & Conditions available at Legal Notices & Terms and incorporated by reference. Should there be any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and the General Terms & Conditions, the former shall take precedence and prevail.
    2. If you do not accept any of these Terms & Conditions, please discontinue your access to our eAppointment Services and/or any content or services therein. We may at any time revise these Terms & Conditions by updating this version. Please therefore visit this webpage periodically to determine any changes to these Terms & Conditions.
  2. Specific
    1. Our eAppointment Services may be accessed via the My Account webpage, My StarHub App or via any other means as may be determined by us from time to time.
    2. You must have (i) a valid Hub iD  or (ii) NRIC with mobile/e-mail for verification  in order to use our eAppointment Services. You must provide your full name as it appears in your NRIC or identification document. StarHub reserves the right to delete or remove inaccurate, invalid or other irregular entries. For the avoidance of doubt, all application for services (whether for new services, re-contract for existing services, procurement of Equipment (including mobile handsets or devices) or otherwise) shall be subject to acceptance at our discretion and their availability.
    3. All appointments applied via eAppointment Services are on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability of service slots, resources and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to reject any application at our discretion.
    4. Unless otherwise determined by us, our eAppointment Services are based on specific slots set out on our eAppointment calendar that may be available to you to visit our designated StarHub shops (“Available Day”). For the avoidance of doubt, you agree that eAppointment Services, are intended only for appointments at our designated StarHub shops and shall not be used by you to reserve, book or place any indication of interest in connection with any mobile handsets or devices.
    5. Subject to availability of an Available Day, you shall only be entitled to apply for 1 eAppointment slot regardless of the total number of services you have subscribed to.
    6. You cannot make changes to an eAppointment once it is submitted.  You may proceed to cancel the existing eAppointment and apply for a new one.
    7. You may view your eAppointment information via the My Account webpage or via My StarHub App. However, your eAppointment information will no longer be available for viewing after the lapse of the eAppointment.
    8. On the day of your eAppointment, for verification purposes, you must bring along an original, valid form of identification (i.e. NRIC, FIN or Employment Pass with a minimum of 6 months validity) and any other relevant documentary proof (e.g. proof of billing address or tenancy agreement) as may be requested by us. We also reserve the right to conduct additional verifications at our discretion.
    9. We may need to change your eAppointment and will endeavour to notify you of such change.
    10. We may from time to time change any of these Terms & Conditions at our discretion.
    11. We may also from time to time withdraw, suspend, change or terminate any part or whole of the eAppointment Services at our discretion (for example, without limitation, as part of planned maintenance, trouble-shooting or upgrades). We endeavour, where reasonably practicable, to give you reasonable advance notice of such changes. We will notify you of such changes through written notice, electronic mail, our bill, our website or such other form as we may deem appropriate. You agree that the display of the revised Terms & Conditions on our website will constitute notice of the changes. Your continued use of the eAppointment Services will constitute acceptance of the changes and this Agreement.
