  1. Service Descriptions
    1. The Services supplied comprise of cable modem broadband access services of the following specifications:
      1. The Services are based on DOCSIS 1.1 and DOCSIS 3.0 specifications.
      2. The Services offer the following speeds:
        1. Up to 100Mbps Downstream and up to 10Mbps Upstream for LBAS 100M( based on DOCSIS 3.0 )
        2. Up to 10 Mbps downstream and up to 768Kbps upstream for LBAS 10M
        3. Up to 3 Mbps downstream and up to 512Kbps upstream for LBAS 3M
  2. Service Charges
    1. LBAS Charges (Excl. GST)
LBAS 100M A monthly subscription charge of S$35.71 for each Modem Line is applicable.
LBAS 10M A monthly subscription charge of S$28.50 for each Modem Line is applicable.
LBAS 3M A monthly subscription charge of S$19.00 for each Modem Line is applicable.
    1. Other Miscellaneous Charges
      1. The following are the additional charges for the relevant services rendered by StarHub at the request of the Operator:
        * These charges are exclusive of Taxes. The Operator shall bear and pay all Taxes imposed on the charges.
    2. Description of Services Charges
Fee for connecting category A landed properties# to the StarHub Network. This connection fee will comprise the cabling to the property, the 1st cable point installation and the activation of signal S$2,352 per connection
Fee for connecting category B landed properties## to the StarHub Network. This connection fee will comprise the cabling to the property, the 1st cable point installation and the activation of signal S$5,952 per connection
Cable Access Point installation S$100 per point (HDB & landed properties) 

S$145 per point (condominium & private high-rise apartments)
Transport charge for Cable Access Point installation S$30 per cable point per trip++
Signal activation fee- cable ready condominium & private high-rise apartments S$50 per activation
Signal activation fee - cable ready HDB S$25 per activation
Reconnection fee S$10 per reconnection per Modem Line
    1. Transport charge for installation/servicing of each Modem
### Engineer charge >Cancellation charge if Engineer has been dispatched
S$50 per trip S$180 per hour (during office hours between 8.00 am to 5.30 pm on a Business Day)
S$120 per hour S$100
(outside the above stated office hours on a Business Day or anytime on a non-Business Day)

 

### StarHub shall not be responsible for the provisioning of Modems. This transport charge does not include the Engineer charge
> A minimum charge based on the per hour charge shall be imposed. Incremental charge unit is based on half (1/2) hour charge.

 

  1. Suspension
    1. StarHub shall be entitled to suspend any Modem Line if the Modem Line causes or is likely to cause physical or technical harm to any telecommunications network, system or services (whether of StarHub or any other person) including but not limited to causing damage, interfering with or causing deterioration in the operation of the StarHub Network.
    2. Either Party (the “Suspending Party”) shall be entitled to suspend this Agreement by providing notice to the other Party if:
      1. the other Party’s Network adversely affects the normal operation of the Suspending Party’s Network, or is a threat to any person’s safety;
      2. the other Party’s Network or the supply of the Services to the other Party may pose an imminent threat to life or the property of the Suspending Party;
